Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the SlamCDN platform and all related services. This AUP is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service. Violation of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
1. Prohibited Content
You may not use the Service to store, cache, distribute, or link to content that:
- Is illegal under applicable law, including but not limited to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), content that promotes terrorism, or content that violates export control laws
- Infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including unauthorized copies of copyrighted software, music, video, or other media
- Contains malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, spyware, adware, or any other malicious or harmful code
- Is designed to phish, deceive, or defraud users into revealing personal information or credentials
- Promotes or facilitates violence, harassment, hate speech, or discrimination against any individual or group
- Contains personal or private information of third parties without their explicit consent
2. Prohibited Activities
You may not use the Service to:
- Launch or facilitate denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against any target
- Send unsolicited bulk communications (spam) or facilitate the distribution of spam
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service or any related system without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, servers, or networks connected to the Service
- Circumvent any security, authentication, or access controls implemented by the Service
- Use the Service for cryptocurrency mining or other computationally abusive workloads
- Scrape, crawl, or collect data from other users' zones or accounts
- Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without prior written approval
3. Resource Usage
You agree to use the Service in a manner consistent with its intended purpose as a content delivery network. We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend accounts that:
- Consume bandwidth or storage significantly exceeding their plan limits without upgrading
- Use the Service primarily as a general-purpose storage or backup solution rather than for content delivery
- Generate traffic patterns that negatively impact the performance of the Service for other users
4. Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- Data protection and privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Export control and sanctions regulations
- Copyright and intellectual property laws (DMCA, etc.)
- Industry-specific regulations applicable to your business
5. DMCA & Copyright
We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid takedown requests under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content delivered through our Service infringes your copyright, submit a DMCA notice to [email protected] including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work; (b) the infringing URL; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good faith belief; and (e) a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorized agent.
6. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to [email protected]. We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, which may include content removal, account suspension, or referral to law enforcement.
7. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this AUP and to take any action we deem appropriate, including:
- Issuing a warning
- Removing or disabling access to offending content
- Temporarily suspending the account
- Permanently terminating the account
- Reporting illegal activity to law enforcement authorities
Where possible, we will provide notice before taking action, but we reserve the right to act immediately without notice in urgent situations involving illegal content, security threats, or ongoing abuse.
