This Privacy Policy describes how SlamCDN ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website, platform, APIs, and related services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect

2. How We Use Information

4. Customer Content
Content that you deliver through the CDN ("Customer Content") is processed by us solely to provide the Service. We do not access, analyze, or use Customer Content for any purpose other than delivering it to end users as directed by your CDN configuration. Customer Content is not considered personal information under this Privacy Policy unless it contains personal data, in which case our Data Processing Agreement applies.
5. Cookies & Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies on our website and dashboard for authentication, preferences, and analytics. We do not inject cookies or tracking technologies into content delivered through the CDN on your behalf. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.
6. Data Retention
We retain account information for the duration of your account and for 90 days after account closure. CDN access logs are retained for up to 30 days. Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting regulations. You may request earlier deletion of your personal data subject to our legal retention obligations.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+), encryption at rest (AES-256), access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Our infrastructure operates in SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliant facilities. Despite these measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Request deletion of your personal data
- Object to or restrict the processing of your data
- Data portability (receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format)
- Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent

9. International Transfers
